New Delhi: A businessman has been arrested on charges of abducting and raping a 17-year-old student of Delhi University in his car here, police said on Thursday.
The first year student was on her way back from college on Wednesday evening when Mukesh Singhal dragged her inside his Wagon R car in Moti Nagar in west Delhi, Deputy Commissioner of Police Sharad Agarwal said.
