Father battered to death by son

Mau: A man was on Sunday battered to death by his son with a heavy object over a petty dispute in Kasara village of the district, police said.

Shivmuni Rai was killed by his son Panchanand (22), they said, adding that Panchanand was agitated after being assaulted by his father last evening.

The youth has been arrested, police said.
