Barabanki: Four persons, including a former Uttar Pradesh minister were killed on Friday when the vehicle they were travelling in collided with a speeding truck near Baghora village, police said.
Former minister Jamuna Prasadh Nishad and three others died on the spot, they said.
Besides Nishad, who is the BSP MLA from Pipraich constituency of Gorakhpur district, those killed were Oari Lal Nishad, Rajendra Rai and Manto, driver of the vehicle, the police added.
