Daman:
Four children were buried alive in a pit of sewer line of hotel Pinkrose in Khanvel'sarea of Union territory of Dadra NagarHaveli, police said on Saturday.
"A big pit was dug along the construction site and children of labourers were playing in it, whensuddenly the mud slid and the children playing inthe pit got buried by it," a policeofficial said.
Before the mud could be removed the children had died, he added.
According to the police sources, construction was going on in the hotel, and contractor was using labourersfrom Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh to workhere.
