Bhilwara, Rajasthan:
Four persons were arrested today for allegedly killing an undertrial and two police constables who were escorting him to a local court in April, police said.
Bhanu, an undertrial, was being taken to Jhalawar court from Udaipur jail on April 19 when the accused intercepted their vehicle at a highway here and allegedly opened fire, killing him and two policemen and injuring five.
"Shivraj Singh Hada, Girraj Singh, Harendra Singh and Arvind Singh were arrested from an inn in Himachal Pradesh yesterday," Superintendent of Police (SP) Bhilwara Umesh Dutta said today.
Hada had apparently killed Bhanu to exact revenge of his brother's murder which was allegedly carried out by the latter, the SP said.
