Koraput, Odisha: At least four members, including two children, of a marriage party were killed and 35 others injured as a mini-truck they were travelling in overturned near Jogiput in Koraput district on Tuesday, police said.
Of the 35 injured, 15 were in a serious condition, they said.
The vehicle carrying around 60 people was returning to Kadamguda after attending a marriage function at Dangarchinci, police said.
"All the four persons died on the spot. The 15 seriously injured were shifted to the district headquarters hospital, while the rest 20 were given preliminary treatment at Jeypore hospital," a police official said.
