Jalpaiguri, West Bengal:
At least four people were killed and 16 others were injured when a pick-up van, in which they were travelling, overturned in West Bengal's Jalpaiguri district on Monday, police said.
"Four people have been killed and 16 others have been admitted to two hospitals with serious injuries after their van overturned at Nagrakata," said Jalpaiguri Superintendent of Police Amit Javalgi.
The vehicle was carrying nearly two dozen people.
Six of the injured are in a critical condition.
