Vadodara, Gujarat: Four persons were killed today and an equal number injured in a road accident on the national highway here, police said.
The mishap took place when the car carrying the victims collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction after a tyre burst. The eight occupants were on their way to Ahmedabad from Thane district in Maharashtra, police said.
The deceased have not been identified yet and the injured have been shifted to SSG hospital.
