Ghaziabad colleges, schools to remain closed till Jan 16

Ghaziabad: With no respite from the cold wave, all schools and colleges in the district will remain
closed till January 16.

All schools and colleges will remain closed till January 16, District Magistrate Hredesh Kumar said. Earlier the schools and intermediate colleges were scheduled to open on January 10.

Some of the schools have been allowed to take classes for senior students due to board examinations.

The District Magistrate said if cold wave continued, the holidays could be further extended.
