Barasat, West Bengal: Two cyclists were run over and one person was shot dead in West Bengal's 24 Parganas district on Sunday.
Two cyclists were crushed by a speeding lorry at Taki road under Gopalpur police station.
In another incident three unidentified motor cycle borne men shot dead one person at Purni Bazaar in the same district.
The assailants escaped after the incident.
