Greater Noida: Two robbers, who had allegedly killed a truck driver and looted his vehicle recently, have been arrested in Greater Noida, police said on Saturday.
Muntajir and Nawab were arrested on Friday night during the scheduled checking of vehicles, police confirmed.
The Badalpur Police stopped a truck carrying six people, but the men could not produce any documents of the vehicle.
Upon being interrogated, they revealed that they had robbed the truck and killed its driver in Hapur on Thursday night.
The accused have confessed to have committed truck robberies in Badalpur, Meerut, Hapur and Bulandshar areas.
