Howrah: Two Killed by Train While Crossing the Track

Howrah, West Bengal: Two men were killed and one woman was injured when a local train hit them while they were crossing the track between Munshiram and Patihal railway stations on Friday morning.

While one man died on the spot, another succumbed to injuries in the hospital after they were run over by a Howrah-Amta local train about 35 km from Howrah station, railway sources said.

The woman was seriously injured and was admitted to a nearby hospital, police said.
