Jammu: LCD video walls to stream ads

Jammu: Changing the advertising pattern of using hoardings, advertising agencies have put up big LCD panels to stream videos and pictures round the clock as a new publicity stunt in the winter capital of the state.

"This is a innovative idea to have big LCD screens installed in the city for publicity by advertising agencies.This will keep our city clean and beautiful," the Mayor of Jammu Kavinder Gupta told reporters on Wednesday after inaugurating a newly-constructed LCD video wall screen here.

He asked advertisers to adopt this latest pattern of advertising, as it would keep the walls and roads in the city clean and beautiful.
