Kochi:
Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad have all seen flash mobs in the last few weeks. Now, Kochi's joined the list.
A flash mob was organised at the city's Oberon Mall on Friday evening.
The organisers said they wanted to spread the message of peace, as Kerala and Tamil Nadu try to curtail the escalating tension over the dispute over the Mullaperiyar Dam.
"We do not know how successful we may have been in conducting a flash mob per se, but our real intention was to showcase an important message to the masses. We enjoyed ourselves in every bit of this and hope you appreciate our efforts. Composed of over 150+ dancers ranging from 5 years to 52 year olds, the flash mob was a medium of expression and we hope you all imbibe and spread our message of love," said Sharath George Benny and Mathew John on their YouTube page.
