Nashik: Five labourers were injured in an attack by a leopard near Nashik, police said on Sunday.
The labourers, who were working at an agricultural field in Kothure- Shivar village of the district, were suddenly attacked by a leopard on Saturday, who was hiding near a well, located near the field, they added.
The injured identified as Kiran Jadhav (19), Nagu Pawar (60), Punaji Pawar (21), Bhagwan Magar (27) and Bhila Pawar (30), were admitted at Malegaon civil hospital, added police.
