Dehra Dun: Police today seized two leopard skins at Chopdali village of Uttarkashi district, officials said.
The skins were seized yesterday on the basis of information received from Shishpal Singh, a suspected smuggler of wildlife organs, who was arrested last week, they said.
During interrogation, Singh had also told police that there are more leopard skin in the possession of his two accomplices, identified as Ramchandra Chamoli, a resident of Andhiyari village, and Jagdish Jaguri, who hails from Chapra village.
Police has launched a manhunt to nab them.
