Love across the border has landed an Indian youth in jail. The young man who fell in love with a Pakistani woman - stated to be a model - illegally crossed the border but ended up in jail.
Deepak Chander (24) was nabbed by Indian Customs Department at Attari Railway station yesterday when he was attempting to board in Samjautha Express train to Pakistan without passport and visa.
Assistant Customs Commissioner Custom VK Mahajan,said Deepak, a post graduate in MCA and a student of MMM Engineering College in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, was apprehended when he had attempted to cross over to Pakistan by Samjautha Express.
Mahajan said Deepak, during his long interrogation on Friday, claimed he fell in love with Pakistani model Naina Chaudhary during an internet chat. When she said that if he loves her he must try to reach Pakistan at any cost.
