Kolkata:
A man committed suicide by jumping before a speeding Metro train in the metropolis on Monday, Metro officials said.
The incident took place at Shovabazar-Sutanuti station at around 11:26 am when the 40-year-old man jumped before a Kavi Nazrul-bound train, they said.
The incident disrupted Metro services for about 50 minutes. Normal traffic resumed at 12:15 pm, they said.
