Noida:
A 25-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping his teenage sister at Chotpur area near here, police said today.
The accused, identified as Rajesh Jatav, works as a labourer and is a resident of Chotpur near Noida village here.
Last night, when his 15-year-old sister was alone in the house, he allegedly raped her, they said.
Hearing loud screams, neighbours rushed to the spot and nabbed Rajesh and handed him to police, they said, adding he was under the influence of narcotics and liquor at the time of the incident.
A rape case was registered at Sector 58 police station against him and the victim has been admitted at the district hospital, police said.
Her medical examination report was awaited.
