Noida:
Seven persons were injured as 12 cars rammed into each other on the Greater Noida Expressway on Saturday morning after a dumper rammed into a truck due to dense fog.
The incident took place at around 8.30 am, police said.
There was a thick fog cover on the Expressway making it difficult for drivers.
Seven persons were injured in the pile-up of vehicles after the dumper hit the truck.
The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals.
The fog also caused a train collision in Uttar Pradesh, where the Kalindi Express rammed into Kanpur-bound Shram Shakti Express, killing three people.
In Delhi, 19 flights were delayed and around 24 trains to and from Delhi were also running late.
