Minor girl killed, 5 others injured after being hit by SUV

Ballia: A five-year-old girl was killed and five other children were injured when they were hit by a speeding SUV in Pandeypur village in Ballia, police said today.

The children were playing near the roadside when the SUV hit them on Nagra-Rasra road in Nagra police station area, killing Puja on the spot yesterday, they said.

The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital from where two of the seriously injured were admitted to the district hospital, police added.
