Jaunpur:
Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav's family priest Ramesh Tiwari was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Uttar Pradesh's Jaunpur district today.
Mr Tiwari was sitting outside his house with his brother Rajesh when he was attacked by the gunmen, who reportedly came disguised as policemen. Rajesh Tiwari also suffered bullet injuries in the attack.
The brothers were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. While Ramesh Tiwari was declared brought dead, his brother was shifted to the Trauma Centre of the Lucknow Medical College. He is said to be in serious condition.
