Multiplexes should reduce Marathi film ticket prices: Uddhav

Multiplexes should reduce Marathi film ticket prices: Uddhav
Mumbai: Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday said that multiplex owners should reduce the price of tickets for Marathi films.

"Ticket prices should be affordable for the Marathi common men," Uddhav said at a function organised by Sena MLC Deepak Sawant at JJ hospital in Mumbai.

Multiplex owners should take a decision immediately on this or else the Shiv Sena would take up the issue in its own way, he said.

Uddhav's statement comes soon after his cousin and MNS President Raj Thackeray directed all multiplex owners to screen Marathi films at prime time.
