Nagpur:
A forty-year-old man allegedly raped an eleven-year-old girl at Kini Dhamni village here, police said today.
The accused has been identified as Sewak Bhaiyyaji Nighot. The incident took place on February 22 but was reported today, they said.
The accused have been booked under relevant section of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and also under the Prevention of Atrocities Act since the victim is from the Scheduled Caste (SC) community, police said.
