Kasargod, Kerala:
One person was killed and 50 injured when a private bus, in which they were travelling, lost control and capsized after hitting a lorry at nearby Kuniya in Kerala on Monday, police said.
The deceased had been identified as Abdul Rahman (28) hailing from Malappuram, police said.
The bus was on its way to Kasargod from Kozhikode.
The condition of two of the injured was stated to be serious and they have been taken to a hospital in Mangalore.
The other injured had been treated at the Kasargod District Hospital and near-by private hospitals, they said.
