Mumbai:
A passenger carrying undeclared currency worth Rs 13 lakh was detained at the Mumbai airport on Tuesday.
The currency was in Indian rupees and in US dollars.
Ramesh Ramchandani, who was on his way to the US by British Airways Flight number BA 138, was caught by the Air Intelligence Unit (AIU) after he failed to declare the currency at the airport.
Ramchandani runs a convenience store in the US.
