In a bizarre incident, a sub-inspector and his aide, who had gone in search of an accused, got injured when they fell from roof top after being chased by a group of women of the accused's family.
The incident took place in Jhabbara village on Thursday night when Sub Inspector Rangilal and his fellow constable had gone to conduct a search for an accused named in a incident of a group clash during the Holi festivities, police said.
Both of them were later rushed to a hospital where their condition was stated to be stable.
Meanwhile, the police have arrested three persons in connection with the group clash.
