Pune:
In a freak accident, two passengers in two autorickshaws were killed after a container turned turtle on Katraj-Dehu bypass on Tuesday afternoon.
The container fell on the two autos stationed near Navale Hospital square, killing Dhanshree Pankaj (24) and Deepak Vikram Jadhav (32), both sitting in separate autorickshaws.
According to the Haveli police, the driver of the container lost control of the vehicle when another vehicle ahead of it applied brakes suddenly. The container fell on the autorickshaws, crushing both the vehicles and their occupants.
