Rewari: Girl marries against families wishes, gets abducted

Rewari, Harayana: A girl who had married a youth of her own village against her family's wishes after eloping with him was taken away forcibly from the Rewari court complex by some persons.

The incident took place on Monday when Poonam was about to enter the court of Additional Sessions Judge J R Chauhan to record her statement over her marriage with Rajpal Yadav.

Those who picked her up from the court complex apparently belonged to her own family.
