Rohtak: Three members of a family were killed and two others injured when their car rammed into a stationary truck at Kasar bypass near Bahadurgarh town, about 45 km from Rohtak, today.
The deceased have been identified as Krishan, his wife Kaushalya Devi and son Rakesh alias Raju, residents of Hardev Nagar in Delhi, while the injured, Sushil and his wife Manju have been admitted to PGIMS in Rohtak where their condition is stated to be critical, police said.
The mishap occurred when the victims were returning to Delhi from Rohtak after attending a wedding function there.
Krishan, Kaushalya and Rakesh reportedly died on the spot while Sushil and Manju suffered serious injuries.
The police on getting information rushed to the spot and moved the injured to the PGIMS, police said, adding that, they have booked the truck driver.
