Sambhal: A 20-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and gang-raped by three men in the Sambhal area of Hayatnagar in Uttar Pradesh, a senior police officer said today.
The victim was abducted by three youths on the night of December 1 and raped for next four to five days, Circle Officer Jagveer Singh Attri said, adding that the victim somehow managed to escape.
An FIR has been registered against accused Aslam, Alam and Gulrez on a complaint by the victim's father, he said, adding that the accused are absconding.
