Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh:
Sanjay Bagaria, one of the main accused in the Stephen Court inferno in Kolkata that claimed 43 lives in March this year, has been arrested from Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh.
Bagaria is one of the directors of the Stephen Court and had been absconding since March.
On Wednesday, the Kolkata police will produce him in a local court in Saharanpur to seek his custody.
Six people including three fugitive directors of the Stephen Court have been chargesheeted in the case.
