
Ahmedabad:
A 20-year-old girl died on Wednesday due to swine flu here, taking the H1N1 death toll in Gujarat to 47, state health officials said.
Laxmi Goswami from Deesa taluka of Banaskantha district died at the civil hospital here, they said.
According to the health officials, three persons including a seven year-old girl, tested positive for swine flu on Wednesday.
All the patients have been admitted at various hospitals in Rajkot and Ahmedabad.
Till date, 322 people have tested positive for swine flu in the state, which includes Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and top officials like principal secretary (health) Ravi Saxena and additional director of public health Paresh Dave.
