Indore: A 45-year-old woman died of swine flu infection in Indore, taking the number of deaths due to the H1N1 virus in the city this year to three, a health official said today.
The woman passed away yesterday at a private hospital, said Dr G L Sodhi, in-charge of Integrated Disease Surveillance Project
The woman had been admitted two days back. Her swab samples today confirmed that she was suffering from H1N1 virus, he said.
Another woman is undergoing treatment for swine flu and her condition is serious.
A total of six cases of swine flu have been reported here so far.
