Alwar:
A 19-year-old girl was gangraped and murdered by four men in the Jatiyana village in Alwar, police said.
"The body of the girl, who went missing last night, was recovered near railway tracks," said Mahesh Goyal, Superintendent of Police, Alwar.
The girl and her younger sister had gone outside last night but later her sister informed the family members that four men of the village had abducted her.
Her family members started searching for her and spotted the body in an isolated area. Police rushed to the spot and shifted the body to district hospital, Mr Goyal said, adding, that the body was handed over to family members after the post-mortem today.
Four persons named in the FIR - Iqbal, Subuddi, Fauji and Mustaq - were detained for questioning and Iqbal was arrested today after preliminary investigation indicated his involvement in the incident, he said.
