Agartala: Three activists of the ruling CPI(M) were killed and 32 others injured when a mini truck overturned at Kalajhara, a tribal hamlet in South Tripura district, about 100 kilometres from Agartala, police sources said on Thursday.
A group of CPI(M) activists were travelling to Kaljhara village by a mini truck to attend a public meeting when it overturned on Wednesday evening, the sources said.
The injured have been admitted to hospital, they said adding condition of five of the injured was serious.
