Three killed in accident in Ambala district

Ambala: Three persons were killed after their motorcycle was hit by a heavy vehicle on Shahjadpur-Saha road near village Sadakpur in Ambala district on Saturday, police said.

Ramesh, Bharat and an unidentified person were killed on the spot after their motorcycle was hit by a heavy vehicle, they said.

According to police, Ramesh and Bharat were residents of Tandwal village and were coming from Shahzadpur along with an unidentified friend.

A case has been registered, police said adding, efforts were being made to arrest the driver of the heavy vehicle.
