Tamil Nadu: Three poachers were arrested and deer meat and a gun seized from them in Sathyamangalam forest in the district, police said.
A team of Special Task Force police personnel on patrol duty found three persons inside a parked car with 15 kgs of deer meat in Pudupeerkadavu forest area early this morning, they said.
They also recovered a gun and seven bullets from the trio, who admitted that they had poached the deer, police said.
