Dehradun:
A three-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her neighbour in Mussoorie, police said today.
The accused, a 20-year-old youth from Nepal, has been arrested, they said.
According to police, the accused allegedly lured the girl to his room by offering her a chocolate.
The incident came to light when the mother of the victim heard her cries and ran to the scene of the crime. The accused escaped by the time she reached there.
On the basis of the victim's complaint a case was registered and the accused arrested, police said.
