Pakur, Jharkhand:
A tribal woman was burnt to death today following a dispute in Jharkhand's Pakur district and four people were arrested in this connection, police said.
"50-year-old Samili Pahari was caught by some villagers over a dispute. They poured some inflammable substance on her before setting fire at Singharshi village," Sub-Divisional Police Officer Dinesh Razzak told reporters.
Four persons, who were arrested after an FIR was lodged with Amrapara police station, were being interrogated to ascertain the reason behind the attack on the woman who belonged to a primitive tribe, he said.
