Nashik:
An 11-year-old boy died in his classroom after a truck skidded off the road and fell onto his school building in Nashik in Maharashtra. 20 other students were injured.
The road that the truck was travelling on was elevated. The school is located next to the Ghoti-Sinnar highway which leads to the temple town of Shirdi.
Angry villagers blocked the road in protest and damaged a few vehicles.
The driver managed to run away from the accident spot.
