Dehradun: Two people, including a Nepali citizen, were arrested on charges of drug trafficking in Dehradun and charas was recovered from them, police said on Friday.
Karan Pujara, who hails from Nepal, was arrested from Gorakhpur chawk on Thursday evening when he was returning after delivering a consignment of the contraband, they said.
Rs 10,000 in cash and 100 gms of charas were allegedly recovered from Pujara.
His accomplice Shaukeen, who belongs to Mehuwala, was arrested subsequently and over 2 killograms of charas was also seized from his possession, they said.
