Jind, Haryana: Two children were among three persons who today died when a school van in which they were travelling collided with a truck near village Kinana on Rohtak road here, police said.
The van was on its way to the school when the mishap occurred, they said.
The dead were identified as seven-year-old boy Shubham, 5-year-old girl Simran and the van driver Shamsher.
Three children who were injured in the accident were hospitalised, out of which condition of one was stated to be serious and he was shifted to PGIMS at Rohtak.
Police have registered a case against the truck driver under various sections of the IPC.
