Ballia:
A 25-year-old woman was gang raped allegedly by a tempo driver and his aide in Sahatwar area, a senior officer said in Ballia today.
The victim was raped by tempo driver Rahul Yadav and his friend Lalji Yadav on Saturday last while she was going to her sister's house, Additional Superintendent of Police K C Goswami said.
He said that on the complaint of the victim an FIR was lodged against Mr Rahul and Mr Lalji yesterday.
The ASP said that Rahul Yadav had been arrested, while efforts are on nab Mr Yadav.
