Rohtak: A 32-year-old woman was allegedly gangraped by four persons who lured her on the pretext of giving her a job, near the new bus stand in Civil Lines area of the city, police said on Friday.
The woman, who hailed from Rewari district, has in her complaint alleged that she was promised a job by one of the accused, identified as Sumer. On Thursday, he took her to a room where Jagdish, Ravinder and Narender were also present and they took turns to rape her, police said.
Later, they also threatened her to dire consequences if she disclosed the incident before anyone, police said, adding, a case was registered against the four after medical examination confirmed that she was raped by them.
A hunt had been launched to nab the accused, police said.
