A 24-year-old youth was killed when the mobile phone he was using exploded at a village in the district, police said here today.
The body of Manoj Singh with burn injuries on his left ear, neck and shoulder and pieces of the exploded Nokia 1209 handset scattered nearby were recovered from the forest of Bandha village late last night, they said.
The incident occurred at noon on Monday when the youth had gone to the forest to graze his cattle, they said.
