New Delhi: A day after the foot-over bridge collapsed near Jawahar Lal Nehru stadium the beleaguered Delhi Chief Minister has now struck an aggressive tone and says there is no need to panic.

"Something maybe dripping, some tile may collapse, doesn't mean
the entire games are bad. You (media) don't cover what we've done. We've made a parking for 1000 buses... not done anywhere else in the world. But you showed it only once," thundered the Chief Minister.

She blamed the media for distorting the picture and giving the country a bad image.

She said it's important to note positives and termed the collapse of the pedestrian over-bridge as 'minor' and ruled out the structure being reconstructed.

She said alternative arrangements are being looked at.
