Mumbai: Music composers Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, who are set to perform during the Delhi International Cultural Festival that will run in tandem with the Oct 3-14 Commonwealth Games, hope to lift with their performance the spirits of people miffed by the allegations of corruption surrounding the event.
"On the 4th October we are playing probably three or four songs. I hope that our music does lift people's spirits," Shankar said.
Loy said: "It's beautiful. It's not only about India but also about thinking positive."
It has been reported that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) have received a series of complaints related to alleged irregularities in CWG.
