At least 107 trains were running behind schedule and four were cancelled due to dense fog in parts of north India on Friday morning, railway officials said in New Delhi.
"At least 107 trains were running behind the schedule due to the dense fog," a Northern Railway official told IANS.
The 12281 Bhubaneshwar-New Delhi Rajdhani Express was running 24 hours behind the schedule, 12423 Dibugarh-New Delhi Rajdhani Express was 18 hours behind the schedule, 12033 Kanpur-New Delhi Shatabdi Express was 16 hours delayed and 12401 Magadh Express was 24 hours late, the official said.
The official said the railway has rescheduled 32 trains on Friday.
Meanwhile, according to the Delhi International Airport Limited, which manages operations at the Indira Gandhi International airport here, no flight was cancelled on Friday from Delhi.
