New Delhi:
A 15-year-old girl was raped by a teenage boy in New Delhi, police said on Thursday.
The incident took place in Sultanpuri on Wednesday night.
The accused, a 16-year-old boy, called the victim to Sultanpuri and drove her to an isolated place where he allegedly raped her, a senior police official said.
The girl knew the boy.
After returning home on Thursday morning, she narrated the incident to her parents who approached the police.
She was taken to a hospital where a medical examination confirmed rape.
The boy has been detained.
